We wish to express our sincere appreciation for the great service provided by Shaw Company. The crews definitely were customer-oriented and understood the project.

I write because I had an experience with The Shaw Remodeling Company that I have never had before. The Shaw Company did a major remodeling job on my home about six years ago. A few months ago I discovered an issue associated with the work that was done by The Shaw Company. I called the Shaw company, asked for customer relations and explained my issue to a person named Evan. Evans response to me was, "I am going to own your concern. I don't know what we can do since it has been six years but I will make sure that management is made aware of your concern". A few days later I received a call from Mr. Eric Shaw. He scheduled an appointment and came to my home with an independent plumber. They determined that it would be an expensive fix and, the issue was due to a problem with the original work. Mr. Shaw looked at me and said, :I own this problem and, I will take care of it". It was a very expensive repair. It involved taking out tile, concrete and, excavating. Shaw Remodeling sent a crew it my home to correct the issue and complete the repair. I have done business with several contractors. I have never had anyone take unconditional ownership of mistake (be reminded that this was six years after the work was done). I recommend The Shaw Remodeling Company because they do great work and they will be there for you after the job is completed. Andrew Cameron

Shaw Remodeling was extremely professional in their execution of our master bathroom remodel this year. They made great suggestions in the showroom and carried our choices into the design and completion of the project. The workmanship was very good and the project was completed in the timeframe as promised. I will be using them again!

Shaw remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom. Clay was always concerned that we were satisfied with their work. When they tell you they are not finished until you are 100% happy THEY MEAN IT! I want to thank Clay for all his hard work on the new door it was a bit difficult to install. Everyone mentions the beautiful door. Special thanks to Jordan for suggesting the accent wall behind the vanity also a favorite of all. Brittany made is so easy helping us with the design. Thank you to Nancy and the Shaw family who sent me flowers while I was very ill during the remodel.

We live with the work done by your team. Everyday we can enjoy the results. Through hail and high water, tile delays, it is an accomplishment all around. I appreciate the generosity of explaining why this and that is done. Our letters are intended to show our thanks. Any bonus was well deserved/earned by the team. It turned out beautiful, exactly the way we had hoped. Your staff was top notch! From start to finish every person involved was professional, on time or early and friendly. In addition, we were impressed with how much care they took in keeping our home clean throughout the whole process. Due to broken leg/fall I am in a wheel chair for the next 4 months and required our bathroom to be remodeled in a hurry. Eric committed to complete the job at a reasonable price and a short time frame. The work was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. All employees were great and very professional. I will use Shaw again for future work on my home and have no problem recommenting the company to others.

This is my SECOND contracted job with Shaw's. They did a complete kitchen last year and I chose them based on a recommendation I received as well as my own evaluation. They did a terrific job, Salvador and his crew. Brittany was extremely helpful in the planning and setup of the decisions we had to make. So, one last project to complete to update our home, the Master Bathroom. Again, I chose Shaw's and did not consider other companies this time as I wanted the excellence and quality that comes with Salvador and his team. I think he has the best tile guy-Antonio, best dry wall-Rafael, and electrician /plumber in Marcos, in the business. I cannot go without recognizing Robert that starts the demo, everyone is just absolutely terrific to work with. When I made the call to Brittany, she ask who I wanted to do the job, of course, I responded in saying Salvador and his team. Salvador built my cabinets in both jobs as I knew the quality would be second to none. Shaw's is not the cheapest, nor have I found them the most expensive, but whoever is thinking about a major investment in their home, they should consider the quality and service before anything else. I had a wonderful experience with my recent renovation, timely help, many choices in the showroom, professional workers in my house, reasonable cost. This was the second time I used this company. Granite countertop, tile flooring, lighting, paint, tile backsplash, sink. I feel like I have a whole new house! And I didn't have to take off work, GREAT JOB, Shaw!

“On time and on budget” Magic words to any homeowner’s ears. Shaw Remodeling just completed our shower/tub conversion to a walk in shower, and we are very pleased. We signed our contract on a Monday, and Anthony was at our house Thursday to begin the project. He and his team were very professional, diligently working to complete each phase of the project in a timely manner. Brittany was not only helpful in the showroom with selections, but she also was very responsive to additional questions on design that I had throughout the project. All in all, this project was easier than I had anticipated due to Anthony’s continued communication and the quality of work done.

Excellent design suggestions, to Patrick’s in house pricing, to Anthony and Christopher’s hard work, respect, and understanding, to Nancy and Meridith holding my hand through 8 change orders, my dream kitchen has come to fruition through Shaw Remodeling. 5 Star company with 5 Star people from start to finish!
