I write because I had an experience with The Shaw Remodeling Company that I have never had before. The Shaw Company did a major remodeling job on my home about six years ago. A few months ago I discovered an issue associated with the work that was done by The Shaw Company. I called the Shaw company, asked for customer relations and explained my issue to a person named Evan. Evans response to me was, "I am going to own your concern. I don't know what we can do since it has been six years but I will make sure that management is made aware of your concern". A few days later I received a call from Mr. Eric Shaw. He scheduled an appointment and came to my home with an independent plumber. They determined that it would be an expensive fix and, the issue was due to a problem with the original work. Mr. Shaw looked at me and said, :I own this problem and, I will take care of it". It was a very expensive repair. It involved taking out tile, concrete and, excavating. Shaw Remodeling sent a crew it my home to correct the issue and complete the repair. I have done business with several contractors. I have never had anyone take unconditional ownership of mistake (be reminded that this was six years after the work was done). I recommend The Shaw Remodeling Company because they do great work and they will be there for you after the job is completed. Andrew Cameron

I am thrilled with the complete master bath remodel that Alain & his incredible crew from Shaw recently completed in my home. It was a great experience from start to finish. This company truly works as a team, communication channels are all open. Even when a hiccup occurred…they addressed it immediately & moved forward. The crew was professional & positive…really a pleasure to have them in my home. Alain went above & beyond in every aspect including making sure I was not simply satisfied with the work but truly happy. I also want to thank his crew member Sammy. He did an exceptional job & really kept the work site clean every day. I will absolutely use Shaw again for future projects.

Shaw Co. Remodeling. We just did a bath/shower remodel with Shaw and are not only pleased with the results but with the degree of communication with Shaw reps and the subcontractors. You could tell they are all very experienced, not anyone’s first rodeo. Recommended.

Shaw is a very professional company. Anthony was informative, courteous, and super professional. He communicated continually throughout the remodeling process and was always willing to adjust or change anything we requested. His crew was very respectful. Christopher, Marcus, and Roy are outstanding in their fields. From Patrick's design expertise and Brittany's helpful coordination of materials, my kitchen is beautiful and functional. The Shaw team follows up continually and is great to work with.

Shaw remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom. Clay was always concerned that we were satisfied with their work. When they tell you they are not finished until you are 100% happy THEY MEAN IT! I want to thank Clay for all his hard work on the new door it was a bit difficult to install. Everyone mentions the beautiful door. Special thanks to Jordan for suggesting the accent wall behind the vanity also a favorite of all. Brittany made is so easy helping us with the design. Thank you to Nancy and the Shaw family who sent me flowers while I was very ill during the remodel.

hey took down all popcorn ceiling in entire house. Did a master bathroom and a master bedroom remodel. Turned out way better than I anticipated!!! Beautiful!!! Very pleased. Thanks John, Brittany, Alain and Alain Jr.

I have been using Shaw Company since 2002 (14 years now) when I had a partial flood in my house. Not only an excellent job at a fairly reasonable price, the workgroup foreman added a couple of preventative extras at no cost to me. Since that time, altho I have contacted other contractors for an estimate, I primarily use only Shaw Co. Eric is friendly yet polite and is meticulous about making sure I know what they will be doing and how long the job will take. He answers any questions I have whether before, during, or even after the job. His workmen are always on time, do the job as contracted, and careful to clean up their mess. I know I can trust Eric and his workmen to live up to the contract and, if necessary, beyond.

Shaw Remodeling was extremely professional in their execution of our master bathroom remodel this year. They made great suggestions in the showroom and carried our choices into the design and completion of the project. The workmanship was very good and the project was completed in the timeframe as promised. I will be using them again!

I had a wonderful experience with my recent renovation, timely help, many choices in the showroom, professional workers in my house, reasonable cost. This was the second time I used this company. Granite countertop, tile flooring, lighting, paint, tile backsplash, sink. I feel like I have a whole new house! And I didn't have to take off work, GREAT JOB, Shaw!

We have used several remodeling companies through the years ending up with substandard work. So glad to have found Shaw! We will never use anyone else! From beginning to end the process of having our kitchen remodeled was smooth. Jordan, Brittany and Clay were great with making the vision we had for our kitchen a reality. Clay always told us what was happening and kept us in the loop. Any concerns we had were address by Clay quickly and professionally.

We live with the work done by your team. Everyday we can enjoy the results. Through hail and high water, tile delays, it is an accomplishment all around. I appreciate the generosity of explaining why this and that is done. Our letters are intended to show our thanks. Any bonus was well deserved/earned by the team. We used Shaw Company to remodel our master bathroom. Everyone we met with was very professional and helpful. Patrick helped us with the initial design phase, Brittany with the material selections, Anthony oversaw the actual construction, and Nancee checked in with us regularly to keep us informed and make sure we were pleased with everything! I really appreciated that they had a design center so I didn't feel overwhelmed with that part of the process. Additionally, Anthony did a great job of communicating with us daily through the process and making sure things were done right. Shaw was an amazing company to work with on our remodeling. From start to finish, they were prompt and professional. Quality work and high standards! We had a full bathroom remodel from top to bottom. Our bathroom looks so incredibly different and amazingly beautiful - our vision for what we wanted came to fruition. Our kitchen remodel took 8 weeks to complete. Salvador and his crew worked hard. They were knowledgeable and professional, as well as, friendly throughout the process. I had a special request for the color of my cabinets. Salvador got it done. They are beautiful and unique. I was always able to reach Salvador at anytime and he always took care of the situation. The office staff was so helpful, especially in the selection process.. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. We hired Shaw Co to redo our shower. We had previously received quotes from two other shower companies but we felt they were being less than honest with us and were pricier than they needed to be. Shout out to Patrick and Fernando, Jr!

It took all of the above to bring me my perfect kitchen and bath remodel. This was my second kitchen remodel and it went very well. I was contacted daily, site was cleaned daily, and workers present daily. I had 8 project changes and each was addressed respectfully and most of all happily! They are a 5 star company with 5star people!
