Shaw was an amazing company to work with on our remodeling. From start to finish, they were prompt and professional. Quality work and high standards! We had a full bathroom remodel from top to bottom. Our bathroom looks so incredibly different and amazingly beautiful - our vision for what we wanted came to fruition. They had effective communication from both the business end as well as the contracting end. Any last touch ups we requested, they were happy to complete. Shaw remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom. Clay was always concerned that we were satisfied with their work. When they tell you they are not finished until you are 100% happy THEY MEAN IT! I want to thank Clay for all his hard work on the new door it was a bit difficult to install. Brittany, helped me make my selections, Nancy held my hand, Patrick planned and priced the job, and Chris and Anthony brought my ideas to fruition! It took all of the above to bring me my perfect kitchen and bath remodel. This was my second kitchen remodel and it went very well. I was contacted daily, site was cleaned daily, and workers present daily. I had 8 project changes and each was addressed respectfully and most of all happily! They are a 5 star company with 5star people!

“On time and on budget” Magic words to any homeowner’s ears. Shaw Remodeling just completed our shower/tub conversion to a walk in shower, and we are very pleased. We signed our contract on a Monday, and Anthony was at our house Thursday to begin the project. He and his team were very professional, diligently working to complete each phase of the project in a timely manner. Brittany was not only helpful in the showroom with selections, but she also was very responsive to additional questions on design that I had throughout the project. All in all, this project was easier than I had anticipated due to Anthony’s continued communication and the quality of work done.

Alain and his crew were great. Hard working through this heat outside. Very conscious about the area they were not working in to keep clean. Great job painting brick, siding and trim with different shades. Very professional in their execution of the contract. Would definitely contract them for any future work. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful master bath renovation experience. They completed the job within the time frame they quoted. Anthony was a great project manager and communicated with me every day so I would know what to expect and at what time the workers would arrive. I found him to be an excellent representative for the company. Christopher was always pleasant and listened to and addressed any concerns I might have had. He is also a wonderful company representative. Nancy was pleasant and always kept me informed. Shaw Company Remodeling is lucky to have these 3 people working for them. This was NOT one of those nightmare renovations you hear about with others who say they can do it cheaper. I would highly recommend this company and do business with them again.

This company truly works as a team, communication channels are all open. Even when a hiccup occurred…they addressed it immediately & moved forward. The crew was professional & positive…really a pleasure to have them in my home. I write because I had an experience with The Shaw Remodeling Company that I have never had before. The Shaw Company did a major remodeling job on my home about six years ago. A few months ago I discovered an issue associated with the work that was done by The Shaw Company. I called the Shaw company, asked for customer relations and explained my issue to a person named Evan. Evans response to me was, "I am going to own your concern. I don't know what we can do since it has been six years but I will make sure that management is made aware of your concern". A few days later I received a call from Mr. Eric Shaw. He scheduled an appointment and came to my home with an independent plumber. They determined that it would be an expensive fix and, the issue was due to a problem with the original work. Mr. Shaw looked at me and said, :I own this problem and, I will take care of it". It was a very expensive repair. It involved taking out tile, concrete and, excavating. Shaw Remodeling sent a crew it my home to correct the issue and complete the repair. I have done business with several contractors. I have never had anyone take unconditional ownership of mistake (be reminded that this was six years after the work was done). I recommend The Shaw Remodeling Company because they do great work and they will be there for you after the job is completed. Andrew Cameron

I had a wonderful experience with my recent renovation, timely help, many choices in the showroom, professional workers in my house, reasonable cost. This was the second time I used this company.
