I am thrilled with the complete master bath remodel that Alain & his incredible crew from Shaw recently completed in my home. It was a great experience from start to finish. This company truly works as a team, communication channels are all open. Even when a hiccup occurred…they addressed it immediately & moved forward. The crew was professional & positive…really a pleasure to have them in my home. Alain went above & beyond in every aspect including making sure I was not simply satisfied with the work but truly happy. I also want to thank his crew member Sammy. He did an exceptional job & really kept the work site clean every day. I will absolutely use Shaw again for future projects.

Our kitchen remodel took 8 weeks to complete. Salvador and his crew worked hard. They were knowledgeable and professional, as well as, friendly throughout the process. I had a special request for the color of my cabinets. Salvador got it done. They are beautiful and unique. I was always able to reach Salvador at anytime and he always took care of the situation. The office staff was so helpful, especially in the selection process.. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Shaw Remodeling, the office staff, Salvador and crew for your remodeling needs, big or small. We will definitely call them again.

Shaw was an amazing company to work with on our remodeling. From start to finish, they were prompt and professional. Quality work and high standards! We had a full bathroom remodel from top to bottom. Our bathroom looks so incredibly different and amazingly beautiful - our vision for what we wanted came to fruition. They had effective communication from both the business end as well as the contracting end. Any last touch ups we requested, they were happy to complete. For any of our future projects, Shaw will be the first place we turn to!

I write because I had an experience with The Shaw Remodeling Company that I have never had before. The Shaw Company did a major remodeling job on my home about six years ago. A few months ago I discovered an issue associated with the work that was done by The Shaw Company. I called the Shaw company, asked for customer relations and explained my issue to a person named Evan. Evans response to me was, "I am going to own your concern. I don't know what we can do since it has been six years but I will make sure that management is made aware of your concern". A few days later I received a call from Mr. Eric Shaw. He scheduled an appointment and came to my home with an independent plumber. They determined that it would be an expensive fix and, the issue was due to a problem with the original work. Mr. Shaw looked at me and said, :I own this problem and, I will take care of it". It was a very expensive repair. It involved taking out tile, concrete and, excavating. Shaw Remodeling sent a crew it my home to correct the issue and complete the repair. I have done business with several contractors. I have never had anyone take unconditional ownership of mistake (be reminded that this was six years after the work was done). I recommend The Shaw Remodeling Company because they do great work and they will be there for you after the job is completed. Andrew Cameron

February 2018 To the Shaw Company: Let me start out by saying the GARZA project has turned out to be a smashing success!!!!! Our kitchen, floors, and wall removal was a huge project and we lived to tell about it (hard to do with two toddlers and two dogs in the house!). But it would be remise of us not to mention what a positive and professional experience we had from start to finish with your company. Mr. Paul Colavecchia helped answer the millions of questions we had and gave us HONEST estimates about the work ahead. He showed up to help us in closing on our loan and kept the lines of communication opened at all times. Ms. Brittany Shaw and Gerrilynn Mohler helped us design everything and made, what felt like an overwhelming experience, into a positive and fun process. But it is with grateful hearts that we commend the team of incredibly hard working guys that made everything possible for us: • Jorge – the amount of effort he put into cutting and laying the floors in such a large space so they came out “just perfect” was a wonder to watch! Thank you! • Marcus – from our lighting, plumbing and appliance installation -he really puts in a hard day’s work – and all with a sense of humor!!! We appreciate the long hours! Thank you! • Roy – He took ideas for my “dream cabinets” and made them a reality! They are beautiful and efficient. Whether it is conversations or quality of work – when dealing with Roy the professionalism is of the highest caliber. Thank you! Lastly, what can you say about Rusty that hasn’t been mentioned already! He treated our home like his own home and that is hard to find. It may sound cliché, but my husband and I have waited a long time to take this house and make it our home, so it truly is a dream finally realized and Rusty was the man who made it happen for us. We are truly indebted to him. In closing, we feel very blessed that we found your company, but of course, you made it easy for us to choose Shaw. Since you gave us your respect and quality workmanship, we will be sure to give you the only thing we have to offer (and the most important) our future recommendations (and possibly more work!!). From beginning to end the process of having our kitchen remodeled was smooth. Jordan, Brittany and Clay were great with making the vision we had for our kitchen a reality. Clay always told us what was happening and kept us in the loop. Any concerns we had were address by Clay quickly and professionally.

From our initial visit with Patrick to our design session with Brittany to our final “walk through” with Anthony, our bathroom shower project went VERY smoothly. All craftsmen were professional, doing high quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend Shaw Company Remodeling.

“On time and on budget” Magic words to any homeowner’s ears. Shaw Remodeling just completed our shower/tub conversion to a walk in shower, and we are very pleased. We signed our contract on a Monday, and Anthony was at our house Thursday to begin the project. He and his team were very professional, diligently working to complete each phase of the project in a timely manner. Brittany was not only helpful in the showroom with selections, but she also was very responsive to additional questions on design that I had throughout the project. All in all, this project was easier than I had anticipated due to Anthony’s continued communication and the quality of work done.

We had a wonderful master bath renovation experience. They completed the job within the time frame they quoted. Anthony was a great project manager and communicated with me every day so I would know what to expect and at what time the workers would arrive. I found him to be an excellent representative for the company. Christopher was always pleasant and listened to and addressed any concerns I might have had. He is also a wonderful company representative. Nancy was pleasant and always kept me informed. Shaw Company Remodeling is lucky to have these 3 people working for them. This was NOT one of those nightmare renovations you hear about with others who say they can do it cheaper. I would highly recommend this company and do business with them again.

Shaw recently did some work at my home. I am thrilled with the results. My house is finally looking like I had always hoped. I will definitely use this company again if needed. There was great communication amongst staff and myself and husband. We are very happy with the results.

Had great interactions from beginning to end of our master bathroom remodel project. Jordan and Audrey did a tremendous job helping get us started and walking us through all the details. Anthony Martinez and his crew came in and took care of the demo and remodel quickly, we’re attentive when discussing the project, and helped quickly correct any minor issues that arose. Anthony was always quick to reply to calls and texts, and he did a great job helping to make sure the project continued to move along in a timely manner. I have been using Shaw Company since 2002 (14 years now) when I had a partial flood in my house. Not only an excellent job at a fairly reasonable price, the workgroup foreman added a couple of preventative extras at no cost to me. Since that time, altho I have contacted other contractors for an estimate, I primarily use only Shaw Co. Eric is friendly yet polite and is meticulous about making sure I know what they will be doing and how long the job will take. He answers any questions I have whether before, during, or even after the job. His workmen are always on time, do the job as contracted, and careful to clean up their mess. I know I can trust Eric and his workmen to live up to the contract and, if necessary, beyond.

What a great experience! I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful kitchen. The whole project went so smoothly that I almost enjoyed it.

We hired Shaw Co to redo our shower. We had previously received quotes from two other shower companies but we felt they were being less than honest with us and were pricier than they needed to be. Shout out to Patrick and Fernando, Jr!

These guys at Shaw are great: they'll do what they say they're going to do, and they do it on time. For the next project, they're at the top of the list.

Shaw remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom. Clay was always concerned that we were satisfied with their work. When they tell you they are not finished until you are 100% happy THEY MEAN IT! I want to thank Clay for all his hard work on the new door it was a bit difficult to install. Everyone mentions the beautiful door. Special thanks to Jordan for suggesting the accent wall behind the vanity also a favorite of all. Brittany made is so easy helping us with the design. Thank you to Nancy and the Shaw family who sent me flowers while I was very ill during the remodel.

Shaw Company completely renovated and installed a new kitchen, floors and staircase at my house. Throughout the project everyone was very professional and helpful, keeping us updated on project development, not an easy task during Covid. Nancy and Anthony were always on hand to answer any questions and offer advise.
