Shaw remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom. Clay was always concerned that we were satisfied with their work. When they tell you they are not finished until you are 100% happy THEY MEAN IT! I want to thank Clay for all his hard work on the new door it was a bit difficult to install. “On time and on budget” Magic words to any homeowner’s ears. Shaw Remodeling just completed our shower/tub conversion to a walk in shower, and we are very pleased. We signed our contract on a Monday, and Anthony was at our house Thursday to begin the project. He and his team were very professional, diligently working to complete each phase of the project in a timely manner. Brittany was not only helpful in the showroom with selections, but she also was very responsive to additional questions on design that I had throughout the project. All in all, this project was easier than I had anticipated due to Anthony’s continued communication and the quality of work done.

We had a wonderful master bath renovation experience. They completed the job within the time frame they quoted. Anthony was a great project manager and communicated with me every day so I would know what to expect and at what time the workers would arrive. I found him to be an excellent representative for the company. Christopher was always pleasant and listened to and addressed any concerns I might have had. He is also a wonderful company representative. Nancy was pleasant and always kept me informed. Shaw Company Remodeling is lucky to have these 3 people working for them. This was NOT one of those nightmare renovations you hear about with others who say they can do it cheaper. I would highly recommend this company and do business with them again.

I have been using Shaw Company since 2002 (14 years now) when I had a partial flood in my house. Not only an excellent job at a fairly reasonable price, the workgroup foreman added a couple of preventative extras at no cost to me. Since that time, altho I have contacted other contractors for an estimate, I primarily use only Shaw Co. Eric is friendly yet polite and is meticulous about making sure I know what they will be doing and how long the job will take. He answers any questions I have whether before, during, or even after the job. His workmen are always on time, do the job as contracted, and careful to clean up their mess. I know I can trust Eric and his workmen to live up to the contract and, if necessary, beyond.

I am thrilled with the complete master bath remodel that Alain & his incredible crew from Shaw recently completed in my home. It was a great experience from start to finish. This company truly works as a team, communication channels are all open. Even when a hiccup occurred…they addressed it immediately & moved forward. The crew was professional & positive…really a pleasure to have them in my home. Alain went above & beyond in every aspect including making sure I was not simply satisfied with the work but truly happy. I also want to thank his crew member Sammy.
