February 2018 To the Shaw Company: Let me start out by saying the GARZA project has turned out to be a smashing success!!!!! Our kitchen, floors, and wall removal was a huge project and we lived to tell about it (hard to do with two toddlers and two dogs in the house!). But it would be remise of us not to mention what a positive and professional experience we had from start to finish with your company. Mr. Paul Colavecchia helped answer the millions of questions we had and gave us HONEST estimates about the work ahead. He showed up to help us in closing on our loan and kept the lines of communication opened at all times. Ms. Brittany Shaw and Gerrilynn Mohler helped us design everything and made, what felt like an overwhelming experience, into a positive and fun process. But it is with grateful hearts that we commend the team of incredibly hard working guys that made everything possible for us: • Jorge – the amount of effort he put into cutting and laying the floors in such a large space so they came out “just perfect” was a wonder to watch! Thank you! • Marcus – from our lighting, plumbing and appliance installation -he really puts in a hard day’s work – and all with a sense of humor!!! We appreciate the long hours! Thank you! • Roy – He took ideas for my “dream cabinets” and made them a reality! They are beautiful and efficient. Whether it is conversations or quality of work – when dealing with Roy the professionalism is of the highest caliber. Thank you! Lastly, what can you say about Rusty that hasn’t been mentioned already! He treated our home like his own home and that is hard to find. It may sound cliché, but my husband and I have waited a long time to take this house and make it our home, so it truly is a dream finally realized and Rusty was the man who made it happen for us. We are truly indebted to him. In closing, we feel very blessed that we found your company, but of course, you made it easy for us to choose Shaw. Since you gave us your respect and quality workmanship, we will be sure to give you the only thing we have to offer (and the most important) our future recommendations (and possibly more work!!). Shaw Remodeling was extremely professional in their execution of our master bathroom remodel this year. They made great suggestions in the showroom and carried our choices into the design and completion of the project. The workmanship was very good and the project was completed in the timeframe as promised. I will be using them again!

We had a great experience with Shaw. Patrick gave us great ideas and pricing for our kitchen remodel and bathroom update. Alain and his crew were great. Hard working through this heat outside. Very conscious about the area they were not working in to keep clean. Great job painting brick, siding and trim with different shades. Very professional in their execution of the contract. Would definitely contract them for any future work. Thanks again.

Shaw is a very professional company. Anthony was informative, courteous, and super professional. He communicated continually throughout the remodeling process and was always willing to adjust or change anything we requested. His crew was very respectful. Christopher, Marcus, and Roy are outstanding in their fields. From Patrick's design expertise and Brittany's helpful coordination of materials, my kitchen is beautiful and functional. The Shaw team follows up continually and is great to work with.

We had a wonderful master bath renovation experience. They completed the job within the time frame they quoted. Anthony was a great project manager and communicated with me every day so I would know what to expect and at what time the workers would arrive. I found him to be an excellent representative for the company. Christopher was always pleasant and listened to and addressed any concerns I might have had. He is also a wonderful company representative. Nancy was pleasant and always kept me informed. Shaw Company Remodeling is lucky to have these 3 people working for them. This was NOT one of those nightmare renovations you hear about with others who say they can do it cheaper. I would highly recommend this company and do business with them again.

I have been using Shaw Company since 2002 (14 years now) when I had a partial flood in my house. Not only an excellent job at a fairly reasonable price, the workgroup foreman added a couple of preventative extras at no cost to me. Since that time, altho I have contacted other contractors for an estimate, I primarily use only Shaw Co. Eric is friendly yet polite and is meticulous about making sure I know what they will be doing and how long the job will take. He answers any questions I have whether before, during, or even after the job. His workmen are always on time, do the job as contracted, and careful to clean up their mess. I know I can trust Eric and his workmen to live up to the contract and, if necessary, beyond.

I will always use Shaw Company! It's so nice to work with local San Antonio, family owned company! They have always been super professional and helpful!

One word my wife uses to describe our new shower "Fantastic". Rusty our project manager/technician was meticulous with an attention to detail. We are very well pleased with the results. Thank you.

This is my SECOND contracted job with Shaw's. They did a complete kitchen last year and I chose them based on a recommendation I received as well as my own evaluation. They did a terrific job, Salvador and his crew. Brittany was extremely helpful in the planning and setup of the decisions we had to make. So, one last project to complete to update our home, the Master Bathroom. Again, I chose Shaw's and did not consider other companies this time as I wanted the excellence and quality that comes with Salvador and his team. I think he has the best tile guy-Antonio, best dry wall-Rafael, and electrician /plumber in Marcos, in the business. I cannot go without recognizing Robert that starts the demo, everyone is just absolutely terrific to work with. When I made the call to Brittany, she ask who I wanted to do the job, of course, I responded in saying Salvador and his team. Salvador built my cabinets in both jobs as I knew the quality would be second to none. Shaw's is not the cheapest, nor have I found them the most expensive, but whoever is thinking about a major investment in their home, they should consider the quality and service before anything else. To the owners and management of Shaw, We wanted you all to know how pleased we are with the results of our recent bathroom tub to shower conversion. It turned out beautiful, exactly the way we had hoped. Your staff was top notch! From start to finish every person involved was professional, on time or early and friendly. In addition, we were impressed with how much care they took in keeping our home clean throughout the whole process. We realized after the job was finished that they had actually wiped down the bathroom to remove and left over dust... Nice job on hiring great help! Thank you again.
