Jordan, Brittany and Clay were all great during the remodeling process. Clay was very thorough and detail oriented and addressed any concerns we had very quickly. We will definitely be using Shaw for future remodeling needs.

Had great interactions from beginning to end of our master bathroom remodel project. Jordan and Audrey did a tremendous job helping get us started and walking us through all the details. Anthony Martinez and his crew came in and took care of the demo and remodel quickly, we’re attentive when discussing the project, and helped quickly correct any minor issues that arose. Anthony was always quick to reply to calls and texts, and he did a great job helping to make sure the project continued to move along in a timely manner. We are super happy with our remodeled master bathroom and the services provided by the folks at Shaw!

I have been using Shaw Company since 2002 (14 years now) when I had a partial flood in my house. Not only an excellent job at a fairly reasonable price, the workgroup foreman added a couple of preventative extras at no cost to me. Since that time, altho I have contacted other contractors for an estimate, I primarily use only Shaw Co. Eric is friendly yet polite and is meticulous about making sure I know what they will be doing and how long the job will take. He answers any questions I have whether before, during, or even after the job. His workmen are always on time, do the job as contracted, and careful to clean up their mess. I know I can trust Eric and his workmen to live up to the contract and, if necessary, beyond.

Shaw recently did some work at my home. I am thrilled with the results. My house is finally looking like I had always hoped. I will definitely use this company again if needed. There was great communication amongst staff and myself and husband. We are very happy with the results.

Brittany, helped me make my selections, Nancy held my hand, Patrick planned and priced the job, and Chris and Anthony brought my ideas to fruition! It took all of the above to bring me my perfect kitchen and bath remodel. This was my second kitchen remodel and it went very well. I was contacted daily, site was cleaned daily, and workers present daily. I had 8 project changes and each was addressed respectfully and most of all happily! We used Shaw Company to remodel our master bathroom. Everyone we met with was very professional and helpful. Patrick helped us with the initial design phase, Brittany with the material selections, Anthony oversaw the actual construction, and Nancee checked in with us regularly to keep us informed and make sure we were pleased with everything! I really appreciated that they had a design center so I didn't feel overwhelmed with that part of the process. Additionally, Anthony did a great job of communicating with us daily through the process and making sure things were done right. We had a wonderful master bath renovation experience. They completed the job within the time frame they quoted. Anthony was a great project manager and communicated with me every day so I would know what to expect and at what time the workers would arrive. I found him to be an excellent representative for the company. Christopher was always pleasant and listened to and addressed any concerns I might have had. He is also a wonderful company representative. Nancy was pleasant and always kept me informed. Shaw Company Remodeling is lucky to have these 3 people working for them. This was NOT one of those nightmare renovations you hear about with others who say they can do it cheaper. I would highly recommend this company and do business with them again.

I write because I had an experience with The Shaw Remodeling Company that I have never had before. The Shaw Company did a major remodeling job on my home about six years ago. A few months ago I discovered an issue associated with the work that was done by The Shaw Company. I called the Shaw company, asked for customer relations and explained my issue to a person named Evan. Evans response to me was, "I am going to own your concern. I don't know what we can do since it has been six years but I will make sure that management is made aware of your concern". A few days later I received a call from Mr. Eric Shaw. He scheduled an appointment and came to my home with an independent plumber. They determined that it would be an expensive fix and, the issue was due to a problem with the original work. Mr. Shaw looked at me and said, :I own this problem and, I will take care of it". It was a very expensive repair. It involved taking out tile, concrete and, excavating. Shaw Remodeling sent a crew it my home to correct the issue and complete the repair. I have done business with several contractors. I have never had anyone take unconditional ownership of mistake (be reminded that this was six years after the work was done). I recommend The Shaw Remodeling Company because they do great work and they will be there for you after the job is completed. Andrew Cameron
