This is my SECOND contracted job with Shaw's. They did a complete kitchen last year and I chose them based on a recommendation I received as well as my own evaluation. They did a terrific job, Salvador and his crew. Brittany was extremely helpful in the planning and setup of the decisions we had to make. So, one last project to complete to update our home, the Master Bathroom. Again, I chose Shaw's and did not consider other companies this time as I wanted the excellence and quality that comes with Salvador and his team. I think he has the best tile guy-Antonio, best dry wall-Rafael, and electrician /plumber in Marcos, in the business. I cannot go without recognizing Robert that starts the demo, everyone is just absolutely terrific to work with. When I made the call to Brittany, she ask who I wanted to do the job, of course, I responded in saying Salvador and his team. Salvador built my cabinets in both jobs as I knew the quality would be second to none. Shaw's is not the cheapest, nor have I found them the most expensive, but whoever is thinking about a major investment in their home, they should consider the quality and service before anything else. Shaw remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom. Clay was always concerned that we were satisfied with their work. When they tell you they are not finished until you are 100% happy THEY MEAN IT! I want to thank Clay for all his hard work on the new door it was a bit difficult to install. Everyone mentions the beautiful door. Special thanks to Jordan for suggesting the accent wall behind the vanity also a favorite of all. Brittany made is so easy helping us with the design. Thank you to Nancy and the Shaw family who sent me flowers while I was very ill during the remodel.

Jordan, Brittany and Clay were all great during the remodeling process. Clay was very thorough and detail oriented and addressed any concerns we had very quickly. We will definitely be using Shaw for future remodeling needs.

I have been using Shaw Company since 2002 (14 years now) when I had a partial flood in my house. Not only an excellent job at a fairly reasonable price, the workgroup foreman added a couple of preventative extras at no cost to me. Since that time, altho I have contacted other contractors for an estimate, I primarily use only Shaw Co. Eric is friendly yet polite and is meticulous about making sure I know what they will be doing and how long the job will take. He answers any questions I have whether before, during, or even after the job. His workmen are always on time, do the job as contracted, and careful to clean up their mess. I know I can trust Eric and his workmen to live up to the contract and, if necessary, beyond.

I will always use Shaw Company! It's so nice to work with local San Antonio, family owned company! They have always been super professional and helpful!

Due to broken leg/fall I am in a wheel chair for the next 4 months and required our bathroom to be remodeled in a hurry. Eric committed to complete the job at a reasonable price and a short time frame. The work was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. All employees were great and very professional. I am thrilled with the complete master bath remodel that Alain & his incredible crew from Shaw recently completed in my home. It was a great experience from start to finish. This company truly works as a team, communication channels are all open. Even when a hiccup occurred…they addressed it immediately & moved forward.
