“On time and on budget” Magic words to any homeowner’s ears. Shaw Remodeling just completed our shower/tub conversion to a walk in shower, and we are very pleased. We signed our contract on a Monday, and Anthony was at our house Thursday to begin the project. He and his team were very professional, diligently working to complete each phase of the project in a timely manner. Brittany was not only helpful in the showroom with selections, but she also was very responsive to additional questions on design that I had throughout the project. All in all, this project was easier than I had anticipated due to Anthony’s continued communication and the quality of work done.

I write because I had an experience with The Shaw Remodeling Company that I have never had before. The Shaw Company did a major remodeling job on my home about six years ago. A few months ago I discovered an issue associated with the work that was done by The Shaw Company. I called the Shaw company, asked for customer relations and explained my issue to a person named Evan. Evans response to me was, "I am going to own your concern. I don't know what we can do since it has been six years but I will make sure that management is made aware of your concern". A few days later I received a call from Mr. Eric Shaw. He scheduled an appointment and came to my home with an independent plumber. They determined that it would be an expensive fix and, the issue was due to a problem with the original work. Mr. Shaw looked at me and said, :I own this problem and, I will take care of it". It was a very expensive repair. It involved taking out tile, concrete and, excavating. Shaw Remodeling sent a crew it my home to correct the issue and complete the repair. I have done business with several contractors. I have never had anyone take unconditional ownership of mistake (be reminded that this was six years after the work was done). February 2018 To the Shaw Company: Let me start out by saying the GARZA project has turned out to be a smashing success!!!!! Our kitchen, floors, and wall removal was a huge project and we lived to tell about it (hard to do with two toddlers and two dogs in the house!). But it would be remise of us not to mention what a positive and professional experience we had from start to finish with your company. Mr. Paul Colavecchia helped answer the millions of questions we had and gave us HONEST estimates about the work ahead. He showed up to help us in closing on our loan and kept the lines of communication opened at all times. Ms. Brittany Shaw and Gerrilynn Mohler helped us design everything and made, what felt like an overwhelming experience, into a positive and fun process. But it is with grateful hearts that we commend the team of incredibly hard working guys that made everything possible for us: • Jorge – the amount of effort he put into cutting and laying the floors in such a large space so they came out “just perfect” was a wonder to watch! Shaw Remodeling was extremely professional in their execution of our master bathroom remodel this year. They made great suggestions in the showroom and carried our choices into the design and completion of the project. The workmanship was very good and the project was completed in the timeframe as promised. I will be using them again!

We had a wonderful master bath renovation experience. They completed the job within the time frame they quoted. Anthony was a great project manager and communicated with me every day so I would know what to expect and at what time the workers would arrive. Shaw remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom. Clay was always concerned that we were satisfied with their work. When they tell you they are not finished until you are 100% happy THEY MEAN IT! I want to thank Clay for all his hard work on the new door it was a bit difficult to install. Everyone mentions the beautiful door. Special thanks to Jordan for suggesting the accent wall behind the vanity also a favorite of all. Brittany made is so easy helping us with the design. Thank you to Nancy and the Shaw family who sent me flowers while I was very ill during the remodel.

We used Shaw Company to remodel our master bathroom. Everyone we met with was very professional and helpful. Patrick helped us with the initial design phase, Brittany with the material selections, Anthony oversaw the actual construction, and Nancee checked in with us regularly to keep us informed and make sure we were pleased with everything! I really appreciated that they had a design center so I didn't feel overwhelmed with that part of the process. Additionally, Anthony did a great job of communicating with us daily through the process and making sure things were done right. This is my SECOND contracted job with Shaw's. They did a complete kitchen last year and I chose them based on a recommendation I received as well as my own evaluation. They did a terrific job, Salvador and his crew. Brittany was extremely helpful in the planning and setup of the decisions we had to make. So, one last project to complete to update our home, the Master Bathroom. Again, I chose Shaw's and did not consider other companies this time as I wanted the excellence and quality that comes with Salvador and his team. I think he has the best tile guy-Antonio, best dry wall-Rafael, and electrician /plumber in Marcos, in the business. I cannot go without recognizing Robert that starts the demo, everyone is just absolutely terrific to work with. When I made the call to Brittany, she ask who I wanted to do the job, of course, I responded in saying Salvador and his team. Salvador built my cabinets in both jobs as I knew the quality would be second to none. Shaw's is not the cheapest, nor have I found them the most expensive, but whoever is thinking about a major investment in their home, they should consider the quality and service before anything else.
