I write because I had an experience with The Shaw Remodeling Company that I have never had before. The Shaw Company did a major remodeling job on my home about six years ago. A few months ago I discovered an issue associated with the work that was done by The Shaw Company. I called the Shaw company, asked for customer relations and explained my issue to a person named Evan. Evans response to me was, "I am going to own your concern. I don't know what we can do since it has been six years but I will make sure that management is made aware of your concern". A few days later I received a call from Mr. Eric Shaw. He scheduled an appointment and came to my home with an independent plumber. They determined that it would be an expensive fix and, the issue was due to a problem with the original work. Mr. Shaw looked at me and said, :I own this problem and, I will take care of it". It was a very expensive repair. It involved taking out tile, concrete and, excavating. Shaw Remodeling sent a crew it my home to correct the issue and complete the repair. I have done business with several contractors. I have never had anyone take unconditional ownership of mistake (be reminded that this was six years after the work was done). I recommend The Shaw Remodeling Company because they do great work and they will be there for you after the job is completed. Andrew Cameron

Brittany, helped me make my selections, Nancy held my hand, Patrick planned and priced the job, and Chris and Anthony brought my ideas to fruition! It took all of the above to bring me my perfect kitchen and bath remodel. This was my second kitchen remodel and it went very well. I was contacted daily, site was cleaned daily, and workers present daily. I had 8 project changes and each was addressed respectfully and most of all happily! They are a 5 star company with 5star people!

Shaw is a very professional company. Anthony was informative, courteous, and super professional. He communicated continually throughout the remodeling process and was always willing to adjust or change anything we requested. His crew was very respectful. Christopher, Marcus, and Roy are outstanding in their fields. From Patrick's design expertise and Brittany's helpful coordination of materials, my kitchen is beautiful and functional. The Shaw team follows up continually and is great to work with.

From beginning to end the process of having our kitchen remodeled was smooth. Jordan, Brittany and Clay were great with making the vision we had for our kitchen a reality. Clay always told us what was happening and kept us in the loop. Any concerns we had were address by Clay quickly and professionally.

We used Shaw Company to remodel our master bathroom. Everyone we met with was very professional and helpful. Patrick helped us with the initial design phase, Brittany with the material selections, Anthony oversaw the actual construction, and Nancee checked in with us regularly to keep us informed and make sure we were pleased with everything! I really appreciated that they had a design center so I didn't feel overwhelmed with that part of the process. Additionally, Anthony did a great job of communicating with us daily through the process and making sure things were done right. It was a great experience and I enthusiastically recommend Shaw Company Remodeling!

Shaw Remodeling was extremely professional in their execution of our master bathroom remodel this year. They made great suggestions in the showroom and carried our choices into the design and completion of the project. The workmanship was very good and the project was completed in the timeframe as promised. I will be using them again!

We had a wonderful master bath renovation experience. They completed the job within the time frame they quoted. Anthony was a great project manager and communicated with me every day so I would know what to expect and at what time the workers would arrive. I found him to be an excellent representative for the company. Christopher was always pleasant and listened to and addressed any concerns I might have had. He is also a wonderful company representative. Nancy was pleasant and always kept me informed. Shaw Company Remodeling is lucky to have these 3 people working for them. This was NOT one of those nightmare renovations you hear about with others who say they can do it cheaper. I would highly recommend this company and do business with them again.

I have been using Shaw Company since 2002 (14 years now) when I had a partial flood in my house. Not only an excellent job at a fairly reasonable price, the workgroup foreman added a couple of preventative extras at no cost to me. Since that time, altho I have contacted other contractors for an estimate, I primarily use only Shaw Co. Eric is friendly yet polite and is meticulous about making sure I know what they will be doing and how long the job will take. He answers any questions I have whether before, during, or even after the job. His workmen are always on time, do the job as contracted, and careful to clean up their mess. I know I can trust Eric and his workmen to live up to the contract and, if necessary, beyond.

Great family owned company. Definitely someone I would recommend! Keep up the great work!

It turned out beautiful, exactly the way we had hoped. Your staff was top notch! From start to finish every person involved was professional, on time or early and friendly. In addition, we were impressed with how much care they took in keeping our home clean throughout the whole process. We realized after the job was finished that they had actually wiped down the bathroom to remove and left over dust... Nice job on hiring great help! Thank you again. Shaw recently did some work at my home. I am thrilled with the results. My house is finally looking like I had always hoped. I will definitely use this company again if needed. There was great communication amongst staff and myself and husband. We are very happy with the results.

“On time and on budget” Magic words to any homeowner’s ears. Shaw Remodeling just completed our shower/tub conversion to a walk in shower, and we are very pleased. We signed our contract on a Monday, and Anthony was at our house Thursday to begin the project. He and his team were very professional, diligently working to complete each phase of the project in a timely manner. Brittany was not only helpful in the showroom with selections, but she also was very responsive to additional questions on design that I had throughout the project. All in all, this project was easier than I had anticipated due to Anthony’s continued communication and the quality of work done.

I had a wonderful experience with my recent renovation, timely help, many choices in the showroom, professional workers in my house, reasonable cost. This was the second time I used this company. Granite countertop, tile flooring, lighting, paint, tile backsplash, sink. I feel like I have a whole new house! And I didn't have to take off work, GREAT JOB, Shaw!

Shaw remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom. Clay was always concerned that we were satisfied with their work. When they tell you they are not finished until you are 100% happy THEY MEAN IT! I want to thank Clay for all his hard work on the new door it was a bit difficult to install. Everyone mentions the beautiful door. Special thanks to Jordan for suggesting the accent wall behind the vanity also a favorite of all. Brittany made is so easy helping us with the design. Shaw Company completely renovated and installed a new kitchen, floors and staircase at my house. Throughout the project everyone was very professional and helpful, keeping us updated on project development, not an easy task during Covid. Nancy and Anthony were always on hand to answer any questions and offer advise.

February 2018 To the Shaw Company: Let me start out by saying the GARZA project has turned out to be a smashing success!!!!! Our kitchen, floors, and wall removal was a huge project and we lived to tell about it (hard to do with two toddlers and two dogs in the house!). But it would be remise of us not to mention what a positive and professional experience we had from start to finish with your company. Mr. Paul Colavecchia helped answer the millions of questions we had and gave us HONEST estimates about the work ahead. He showed up to help us in closing on our loan and kept the lines of communication opened at all times. Ms. Brittany Shaw and Gerrilynn Mohler helped us design everything and made, what felt like an overwhelming experience, into a positive and fun process. But it is with grateful hearts that we commend the team of incredibly hard working guys that made everything possible for us: • Jorge – the amount of effort he put into cutting and laying the floors in such a large space so they came out “just perfect” was a wonder to watch!
