I write because I had an experience with The Shaw Remodeling Company that I have never had before. The Shaw Company did a major remodeling job on my home about six years ago. A few months ago I discovered an issue associated with the work that was done by The Shaw Company. I called the Shaw company, asked for customer relations and explained my issue to a person named Evan. Evans response to me was, "I am going to own your concern. I don't know what we can do since it has been six years but I will make sure that management is made aware of your concern". A few days later I received a call from Mr. Eric Shaw. He scheduled an appointment and came to my home with an independent plumber. They determined that it would be an expensive fix and, the issue was due to a problem with the original work. Mr. Shaw looked at me and said, :I own this problem and, I will take care of it". It was a very expensive repair. It involved taking out tile, concrete and, excavating. Shaw Remodeling sent a crew it my home to correct the issue and complete the repair. I have done business with several contractors. I have never had anyone take unconditional ownership of mistake (be reminded that this was six years after the work was done). I recommend The Shaw Remodeling Company because they do great work and they will be there for you after the job is completed. Andrew Cameron

I had a wonderful experience with my recent renovation, timely help, many choices in the showroom, professional workers in my house, reasonable cost. This was the second time I used this company. Granite countertop, tile flooring, lighting, paint, tile backsplash, sink. I feel like I have a whole new house! And I didn't have to take off work, GREAT JOB, Shaw!

Shaw remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom. Clay was always concerned that we were satisfied with their work. When they tell you they are not finished until you are 100% happy THEY MEAN IT! I want to thank Clay for all his hard work on the new door it was a bit difficult to install. Everyone mentions the beautiful door. Special thanks to Jordan for suggesting the accent wall behind the vanity also a favorite of all. Brittany made is so easy helping us with the design. Shaw Co. Remodeling. We just did a bath/shower remodel with Shaw and are not only pleased with the results but with the degree of communication with Shaw reps and the subcontractors. You could tell they are all very experienced, not anyone’s first rodeo. Recommended.

Brittany, helped me make my selections, Nancy held my hand, Patrick planned and priced the job, and Chris and Anthony brought my ideas to fruition! It took all of the above to bring me my perfect kitchen and bath remodel. This was my second kitchen remodel and it went very well. I was contacted daily, site was cleaned daily, and workers present daily. I had 8 project changes and each was addressed respectfully and most of all happily! They are a 5 star company with 5star people!

We hired Shaw Co to redo our shower. We had previously received quotes from two other shower companies but we felt they were being less than honest with us and were pricier than they needed to be. Shout out to Patrick and Fernando, Jr!

These guys at Shaw are great: they'll do what they say they're going to do, and they do it on time. For the next project, they're at the top of the list.

This is my SECOND contracted job with Shaw's. They did a complete kitchen last year and I chose them based on a recommendation I received as well as my own evaluation. They did a terrific job, Salvador and his crew. Brittany was extremely helpful in the planning and setup of the decisions we had to make. So, one last project to complete to update our home, the Master Bathroom. Again, I chose Shaw's and did not consider other companies this time as I wanted the excellence and quality that comes with Salvador and his team. I think he has the best tile guy-Antonio, best dry wall-Rafael, and electrician /plumber in Marcos, in the business. I cannot go without recognizing Robert that starts the demo, everyone is just absolutely terrific to work with. When I made the call to Brittany, she ask who I wanted to do the job, of course, I responded in saying Salvador and his team. Salvador built my cabinets in both jobs as I knew the quality would be second to none. Shaw's is not the cheapest, nor have I found them the most expensive, but whoever is thinking about a major investment in their home, they should consider the quality and service before anything else. We had a wonderful master bath renovation experience. They completed the job within the time frame they quoted. Anthony was a great project manager and communicated with me every day so I would know what to expect and at what time the workers would arrive. I found him to be an excellent representative for the company. Christopher was always pleasant and listened to and addressed any concerns I might have had. Due to broken leg/fall I am in a wheel chair for the next 4 months and required our bathroom to be remodeled in a hurry. Eric committed to complete the job at a reasonable price and a short time frame. The work was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. All employees were great and very professional. Shaw Company completely renovated and installed a new kitchen, floors and staircase at my house.
