We had a wonderful master bath renovation experience. They completed the job within the time frame they quoted. Anthony was a great project manager and communicated with me every day so I would know what to expect and at what time the workers would arrive. I found him to be an excellent representative for the company. Christopher was always pleasant and listened to and addressed any concerns I might have had. He is also a wonderful company representative. Nancy was pleasant and always kept me informed. Shaw Company Remodeling is lucky to have these 3 people working for them. This was NOT one of those nightmare renovations you hear about with others who say they can do it cheaper. I would highly recommend this company and do business with them again.

Had great interactions from beginning to end of our master bathroom remodel project. Jordan and Audrey did a tremendous job helping get us started and walking us through all the details. Anthony Martinez and his crew came in and took care of the demo and remodel quickly, we’re attentive when discussing the project, and helped quickly correct any minor issues that arose. Anthony was always quick to reply to calls and texts, and he did a great job helping to make sure the project continued to move along in a timely manner. We are super happy with our remodeled master bathroom and the services provided by the folks at Shaw!

This is my SECOND contracted job with Shaw's. They did a complete kitchen last year and I chose them based on a recommendation I received as well as my own evaluation. They did a terrific job, Salvador and his crew. Brittany was extremely helpful in the planning and setup of the decisions we had to make. So, one last project to complete to update our home, the Master Bathroom. Again, I chose Shaw's and did not consider other companies this time as I wanted the excellence and quality that comes with Salvador and his team. I think he has the best tile guy-Antonio, best dry wall-Rafael, and electrician /plumber in Marcos, in the business. I cannot go without recognizing Robert that starts the demo, everyone is just absolutely terrific to work with. When I made the call to Brittany, she ask who I wanted to do the job, of course, I responded in saying Salvador and his team. Salvador built my cabinets in both jobs as I knew the quality would be second to none. Shaw's is not the cheapest, nor have I found them the most expensive, but whoever is thinking about a major investment in their home, they should consider the quality and service before anything else. I write because I had an experience with The Shaw Remodeling Company that I have never had before. The Shaw Company did a major remodeling job on my home about six years ago. A few months ago I discovered an issue associated with the work that was done by The Shaw Company. I called the Shaw company, asked for customer relations and explained my issue to a person named Evan. Evans response to me was, "I am going to own your concern. I don't know what we can do since it has been six years but I will make sure that management is made aware of your concern". A few days later I received a call from Mr. Eric Shaw. He scheduled an appointment and came to my home with an independent plumber. They determined that it would be an expensive fix and, the issue was due to a problem with the original work. Mr. Shaw looked at me and said, :I own this problem and, I will take care of it". It was a very expensive repair. It involved taking out tile, concrete and, excavating. Shaw Remodeling sent a crew it my home to correct the issue and complete the repair. I have done business with several contractors. I have never had anyone take unconditional ownership of mistake (be reminded that this was six years after the work was done). I recommend The Shaw Remodeling Company because they do great work and they will be there for you after the job is completed. Andrew Cameron

Clay always told us what was happening and kept us in the loop. Any concerns we had were address by Clay quickly and professionally.

Our kitchen remodel took 8 weeks to complete. Salvador and his crew worked hard. They were knowledgeable and professional, as well as, friendly throughout the process. I had a special request for the color of my cabinets. Salvador got it done. They are beautiful and unique. I was always able to reach Salvador at anytime and he always took care of the situation. The office staff was so helpful, especially in the selection process.. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Shaw Remodeling, the office staff, Salvador and crew for your remodeling needs, big or small. We will definitely call them again.

February 2018 To the Shaw Company: Let me start out by saying the GARZA project has turned out to be a smashing success!!!!! Our kitchen, floors, and wall removal was a huge project and we lived to tell about it (hard to do with two toddlers and two dogs in the house!). But it would be remise of us not to mention what a positive and professional experience we had from start to finish with your company. Mr. Paul Colavecchia helped answer the millions of questions we had and gave us HONEST estimates about the work ahead. He showed up to help us in closing on our loan and kept the lines of communication opened at all times. Ms. Brittany Shaw and Gerrilynn Mohler helped us design everything and made, what felt like an overwhelming experience, into a positive and fun process. But it is with grateful hearts that we commend the team of incredibly hard working guys that made everything possible for us: • Jorge – the amount of effort he put into cutting and laying the floors in such a large space so they came out “just perfect” was a wonder to watch! Thank you! • Marcus – from our lighting, plumbing and appliance installation -he really puts in a hard day’s work – and all with a sense of humor!!! We appreciate the long hours! It may sound cliché, but my husband and I have waited a long time to take this house and make it our home, so it truly is a dream finally realized and Rusty was the man who made it happen for us. We are truly indebted to him. In closing, we feel very blessed that we found your company, but of course, you made it easy for us to choose Shaw. “On time and on budget” Magic words to any homeowner’s ears. Shaw Remodeling just completed our shower/tub conversion to a walk in shower, and we are very pleased. We signed our contract on a Monday, and Anthony was at our house Thursday to begin the project. He and his team were very professional, diligently working to complete each phase of the project in a timely manner. Brittany was not only helpful in the showroom with selections, but she also was very responsive to additional questions on design that I had throughout the project. All in all, this project was easier than I had anticipated due to Anthony’s continued communication and the quality of work done.

I had a wonderful experience with my recent renovation, timely help, many choices in the showroom, professional workers in my house, reasonable cost. This was the second time I used this company. Granite countertop, tile flooring, lighting, paint, tile backsplash, sink. I feel like I have a whole new house! And I didn't have to take off work, GREAT JOB, Shaw!

Brittany, helped me make my selections, Nancy held my hand, Patrick planned and priced the job, and Chris and Anthony brought my ideas to fruition! It took all of the above to bring me my perfect kitchen and bath remodel. This was my second kitchen remodel and it went very well.
