February 2018 To the Shaw Company: Let me start out by saying the GARZA project has turned out to be a smashing success!!!!! Our kitchen, floors, and wall removal was a huge project and we lived to tell about it (hard to do with two toddlers and two dogs in the house!). But it would be remise of us not to mention what a positive and professional experience we had from start to finish with your company. Mr. Paul Colavecchia helped answer the millions of questions we had and gave us HONEST estimates about the work ahead. He showed up to help us in closing on our loan and kept the lines of communication opened at all times. Ms. Brittany Shaw and Gerrilynn Mohler helped us design everything and made, what felt like an overwhelming experience, into a positive and fun process. But it is with grateful hearts that we commend the team of incredibly hard working guys that made everything possible for us: • Jorge – the amount of effort he put into cutting and laying the floors in such a large space so they came out “just perfect” was a wonder to watch! Thank you! • Marcus – from our lighting, plumbing and appliance installation -he really puts in a hard day’s work – and all with a sense of humor!!! We appreciate the long hours! Thank you! • Roy – He took ideas for my “dream cabinets” and made them a reality! They are beautiful and efficient. Whether it is conversations or quality of work – when dealing with Roy the professionalism is of the highest caliber. Thank you! Lastly, what can you say about Rusty that hasn’t been mentioned already! He treated our home like his own home and that is hard to find. It may sound cliché, but my husband and I have waited a long time to take this house and make it our home, so it truly is a dream finally realized and Rusty was the man who made it happen for us. We are truly indebted to him. In closing, we feel very blessed that we found your company, but of course, you made it easy for us to choose Shaw. Since you gave us your respect and quality workmanship, we will be sure to give you the only thing we have to offer (and the most important) our future recommendations (and possibly more work!!). I had a wonderful experience with my recent renovation, timely help, many choices in the showroom, professional workers in my house, reasonable cost. This was the second time I used this company. Granite countertop, tile flooring, lighting, paint, tile backsplash, sink. I feel like I have a whole new house! And I didn't have to take off work, GREAT JOB, Shaw!

Shaw was an amazing company to work with on our remodeling. From start to finish, they were prompt and professional. Quality work and high standards! We had a full bathroom remodel from top to bottom. Our bathroom looks so incredibly different and amazingly beautiful - our vision for what we wanted came to fruition. I write because I had an experience with The Shaw Remodeling Company that I have never had before. The Shaw Company did a major remodeling job on my home about six years ago. A few months ago I discovered an issue associated with the work that was done by The Shaw Company. I called the Shaw company, asked for customer relations and explained my issue to a person named Evan. Evans response to me was, "I am going to own your concern. I don't know what we can do since it has been six years but I will make sure that management is made aware of your concern". A few days later I received a call from Mr. Eric Shaw. He scheduled an appointment and came to my home with an independent plumber. They determined that it would be an expensive fix and, the issue was due to a problem with the original work. Mr. Shaw looked at me and said, :I own this problem and, I will take care of it". It was a very expensive repair. It involved taking out tile, concrete and, excavating. Shaw Remodeling sent a crew it my home to correct the issue and complete the repair. I have done business with several contractors. I have never had anyone take unconditional ownership of mistake (be reminded that this was six years after the work was done). I recommend The Shaw Remodeling Company because they do great work and they will be there for you after the job is completed. Andrew Cameron

“On time and on budget” Magic words to any homeowner’s ears. Shaw Remodeling just completed our shower/tub conversion to a walk in shower, and we are very pleased. We signed our contract on a Monday, and Anthony was at our house Thursday to begin the project. He and his team were very professional, diligently working to complete each phase of the project in a timely manner. Brittany was not only helpful in the showroom with selections, but she also was very responsive to additional questions on design that I had throughout the project. All in all, this project was easier than I had anticipated due to Anthony’s continued communication and the quality of work done.

Shaw is a very professional company. Anthony was informative, courteous, and super professional. He communicated continually throughout the remodeling process and was always willing to adjust or change anything we requested. His crew was very respectful. Christopher, Marcus, and Roy are outstanding in their fields. From Patrick's design expertise and Brittany's helpful coordination of materials, my kitchen is beautiful and functional. The Shaw team follows up continually and is great to work with.
